about the case study

Slow & Low needed to bring order to its digital strategy to support the growth of the business, strengthen the brand and open new sales channels beyond the restaurant.

We carried out a digital consulting study supported by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini to analyze the brand’s positioning, content strategy, product offering and growth opportunities through new digital channels.

The challenge

In the restaurant business, growth doesn’t depend only on bringing more customers through the door. The brand, the product, the digital presence and the ability to create new business lines have a direct impact on revenue.

Slow & Low needed to review its digital strategy from a global perspective to identify which opportunities could help strengthen the brand’s positioning, extend the reach of its content and develop new sales channels.

The challenge was to better connect the culinary offering with digital channels and define how to transfer part of the brand’s value into products and experiences that could be sold beyond the restaurant.

It was also necessary to set priorities and turn the various opportunities identified into a concrete action plan.

The solution

We developed a digital consulting study that addressed brand, product, social media, content and e-commerce together.

We analyzed Slow & Low’s digital presence and defined a strategy to improve the brand’s communication on social media, strengthen its positioning and create content better aligned with the audience it wanted to reach.

The work also included defining product opportunities and assessing how some of them could become new business lines.

One of the main pillars was the design of an e-commerce channel to sell brand-related products and extend the customer relationship beyond the in-person experience.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini were used as support tools to analyze markets, validate trends, research benchmarks, structure proposals and speed up the generation of strategic scenarios.

The result was a roadmap that brought communication, product, brand and technology together under a single growth strategy.

months of brand and content planning

The consulting work allowed Slow & Low to define more clearly how its digital presence should evolve and which initiatives could have the greatest impact on the business.

The strategy helped bring order to its social media communication, strengthen its brand positioning and identify new opportunities to turn part of its culinary offering into sellable products.

The e-commerce plan opened a new growth channel that extends the business’s reach beyond the restaurant and allows it to reach customers in other markets.

The work also identified improvements in internal and production processes related to creating, managing and selling new product lines.

The result is a strategy designed to turn the brand into a growth platform: greater sales capacity, wider reach, a stronger brand and new opportunities for international expansion.
