about the case study

Establiments Andreu wanted to expand its market beyond local customers and make it easier for its e-commerce to enter new countries, without turning translating and updating content into a permanent manual process.

We developed an AI-automated translation system connected to the e-commerce site that adapts content to different languages and keeps it in sync as the website evolves.

The challenge

Taking an e-commerce business international isn’t just about translating a website once or doing a one-off SEO setup.

Establiments Andreu works with a catalog and content that change constantly: products, descriptions, categories, campaigns, sales information and other elements that must be kept up to date in every language.

Managing these translations manually means more production time, more coordination and a higher risk of the different versions of the website falling out of date.

The goal was to create a system that would expand the e-commerce site’s international presence without multiplying the work needed to manage each new language.

Translation had to be part of how the platform normally runs, automated, rather than an extra task every time a piece of content changed.

The solution

We implemented an automatic translation system based on artificial intelligence, with extensive context and integrated with Establiments Andreu’s e-commerce site built on PrestaShop.

When content is created or edited in the main language, the system detects it, automatically generates the corresponding versions in the configured languages and syncs them with the website, while also adapting the SEO.

The AI automation isn’t used just for literal translation. The system works with defined instructions to preserve the commercial meaning of the copy, adapt expressions to the target language and keep communication consistent across the different versions of the online store.

The automation covers product pages, categories, sales copy and other content without having to repeat the whole translation process by hand.

This way, the team can keep managing the catalog from a single workflow while the AI layer takes care of generating and maintaining the international versions.

The result is an infrastructure ready to add new markets with a much lighter operational load.

The solution has turned e-commerce translation into a process built into everyday content management.

Establiments Andreu can publish and update information in several languages without managing each version separately, cutting the time spent on translations and preventing international content from falling behind the main version.

The automation also makes it easier to add new languages and markets, since a large part of the work needed to internationalize the catalog is handled by AI.

Commercially, the project allows the e-commerce site to reach new audiences and expand its ability to win customers beyond its original market.

Internationalization no longer depends on a manual translation process and becomes a scalable part of the platform.

The result is an e-commerce business ready to grow internationally: more accessible markets, less maintenance work and a content structure that can evolve in several languages at once.
