AI Specialist
You'll design and implement AI solutions for clients and for our own team: agents, automations and integrations that solve real business problems, not demos.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client processes and designing AI solutions applied to their business
- Developing agents, chatbots and automated workflows with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) and API integrations
- Building automations with n8n, Make or Zapier connected to CRMs, ERPs and e-commerce platforms
- Evolving La Teva IA, our in-house framework, together with the SEO, SEM and development teams
- Training and supporting clients and in-house teams in the use of AI
Essential requirements
- Experience building LLM solutions in real-world environments (advanced prompting, RAG, tool use)
- Programming skills, preferably Python or JavaScript
- Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make or Zapier) and API integrations
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
Nice to have
- Experience applying AI to digital marketing, SEO or e-commerce
- Knowledge of vector databases and model evaluation
- Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent frameworks
