Account / Project Manager
You'll be the point of contact for a portfolio of clients and coordinate the SEO, SEM, development, design and social media teams so every project is delivered on time and meets its goals.
Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and tracking their business goals
- Project planning: scope, schedule, resources and budget
- Day-to-day coordination with the in-house SEO, SEM, development, design and social media teams
- Monitoring the profitability of each account and spotting growth opportunities
- Preparing proposals, reports and follow-up meetings
Essential requirements
- Experience as an account or project manager at a digital agency
- A broad view of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, web and social media)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects in parallel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and Catalan
Nice to have
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- A level of English that allows you to work with international clients
- Experience using AI to streamline documentation, reporting and project management
