Web Developer (WordPress / Shopify)
You'll build custom websites and online stores for leading brands and SMEs, working hand in hand with design, SEO and SEM so that every project is fast, accessible and easy to manage.
Responsibilities
- Building custom WordPress themes and blocks (ACF, Gutenberg) from Figma designs
- Developing and customizing Shopify stores (Liquid, Online Store 2.0)
- Integrations with APIs, ERPs, CRMs and payment gateways
- Optimizing project performance, accessibility and technical SEO
- Ongoing development and technical support for live websites
Essential requirements
- Proven experience building custom WordPress themes
- Strong command of PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience using Git as part of a team
- Ability to turn a Figma design into a faithful, maintainable build
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify and Liquid
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS and modern build tools (Vite)
- Regular use of AI assistants to write code, review code and automate tasks
