SEM / Google Ads Specialist
You'll manage paid campaigns for clients in a wide range of sectors, from e-commerce to lead generation, with a focus on profitability and on using AI to optimize bidding, creatives and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Planning, setting up and optimizing Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns
- Managing budgets and bidding strategies focused on ROAS and CPA
- Setting up and auditing conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions)
- Preparing reports and holding follow-up meetings with clients
- Using AI to speed up ad creation, search term analysis and spotting opportunities
Essential requirements
- Experience managing Google Ads accounts at an agency or in a marketing team with significant ad spend
- Strong command of Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and conversion tracking
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear decisions and recommendations for the client
Nice to have
- Official Google Ads certifications
- Experience with Meta Ads or Microsoft Advertising
- Experience automating reporting or recurring tasks with scripts or AI tools
